위안안 현(간체 중국어: 远安县; 전통 중국어: 遠安縣; 핀인:옌샹 현 은 중화 인민 공화국 후베이 성 서쪽에 있는 군이다.현급인 이창 시의 관리하에 있다.
멸종된 마스토돈나우드로이드 템노스폰딜인 유난수스는 유해가 처음 발견된 원안군의 이름을 따서 이름이 붙여졌다.[2]
