ISC 세계 데이터 시스템은 데이터 과학자와 전문가들로 구성된 과학 위원회의[9][10] 지배를 받는다.2021년 현재 일본 정보통신기술연구소가[11][12] 주최·출연하고 있는 국제프로그래밍오피스(IPO)와 국제프로그래밍오피스(IPO)가 지원하고 있으며, 국제프로그래밍오피스(ORI)는 테네시 대학(UT)의 오크리지연구소가 주관하고 있다.[13]null

데이터 공유 원칙

ISC World Data System 회원 기관은 데이터 공유 원칙을 채택한다.[17]null

  • 데이터, 메타데이터, 제품 및 정보는 완전하고 공개적으로 공유되어야 하며, 적절한 현존 제한의 존중을 포함한 국가 또는 국제 관할법 및 정책의 적용을 받아야 하며, 윤리 연구 행위의 국제 기준에 따라야 한다.
  • 연구, 교육, 공공 영역 사용을 위해 생산된 데이터, 메타데이터, 제품 및 정보는 최소 시간 지연과 무료 또는 보급 비용 이하로 제공될 것이며, 이는 저소득 사용자 커뮤니티가 접근 시 형평성을 지원하기 위해 면제될 수 있다.
  • 데이터와 메타데이터를 생산, 공유 및 사용하는 모든 사람은 그러한 데이터의 관리자로서, 데이터의 진정성, 품질 및 무결성이 보존되도록 할 책임이 있으며, 적절한 경우 프라이버시를 보장하고 데이터 집합과 원본 작업 및 ack에 대한 적절한 인용을 장려하여 데이터 소스에 대한 존중을 유지한다.데이터 저장소 승인.
  • 데이터는 적절한 정당성과 명확하게 정의된 프로토콜을 따르는 경우에만 '민감한' 또는 '제한된' 것으로 표시되어야 하며, 어떤 경우에도 가능한 최소 제한적 기준으로 사용할 수 있도록 해야 한다.
