토리사시
Torisashi
토리사시는 닭고기를 가늘게 썰어 겉면을 충분히 익힐 수 있을 정도로만 조리해 안쪽이 분홍색으로 남아 있는 일본 요리다.[1]내부가 날것으로 남겨져 있기 때문에 토리사시를 소비하는 것과 관련된 위험은 많다.[2]
