텔레비전 커리어

Dyckhoff의 첫 번째 다큐멘터리는 2004년에 채널 4의 잔인한 건축, I Love Carbunles에 관한 1회였다.[18] 2006년부터 2016년까지 컬쳐쇼 발표자로 활동하면서 프랭크 게리, 이케아, 중국 디자인·건축, 오스카 니메이어, 토마스 헤더윅, 디터 람스, 레고 등 다양한 주제에 대한 장편 다큐멘터리를 집필, 발표했다.[19][20]

2009년에는 BBC2에서 영국의 유산과 영국의 관계를 탐구하는 Saving Britain's Past를 발표했다.[21]

2011년에는 채널4의 3부작 '건축물의 비밀스런 삶' 발표자로 활동했으며, 심리학과 신경과학, 실생활 실험에 관한 최신 연구를 활용해 공간과 건축이 우리의 뇌와 신체에 미치는 영향을 조사했다.[1][22][18]

2013년 BBC 2에서 The Great Internal Design Challenge를 발표하기 시작했다.[23] 이어 시리즈 2(2014년 10월/11월), 시리즈 3(2016년 2월), 시리즈 4(2017년 1월)도 선보였다.[24]

사생활

그는 가족과 함께 런던 남동부에 산다. 그는 클레어와 결혼했다.[1]
