텔레프 외그림(Tellef ögrim, 1958년 1월 27일 ~ )은 노르웨이의 플렛리스 기타리스트, 작곡가, 저널리스트이다.

그는 1976년부터[1] 오보이스트 얀 비제의 밴드 비티혼에서 연주했고 1981년에는 [2]올레 헤데만의 웅파이크 포선넷(UPF)에 합류했다.UPF는 두 개의 앨범을 발매했다.1985년 외그림과 보컬리스트 앤 다니엘슨은 소울 록 밴드 [3]덕 스핀을 결성하여 그 [4]다음해에 이 그룹의 유일한 앨범인 Wake me when the Moon을 발매했다.1987년 외그림은 Henrik Hellstenius(키브), Tear Eide(bs/cl), Inge Norum(dr/prc)[5]과 함께 재즈 록 앨범 Libido(핫 클럽 레코드)를 발매했다.
