타이핑 에스테이트(Tai Ping Estate, 중국어: 太平邨邨)는 홍콩 뉴테리어스 성수이(成水)에 있는 공공주택지다.[3][4]1989년에 완공된 4개의 주거용 건물로 구성되어 있다.일부 아파트는 2002년 세입자 구매 계획 단계 5를 통해 세입자에게 매각되었다.[5]

타이핑 에스테이트는 북구의회 유타이 선거구에 있다.[6]현재 2019년 선거에서 당선된 빈센트 찬치펑이 대표로 있다.[7]
