시나시딧속은 2003년 중국 산시성의 표본에서 처음 기록된 물풍뎅이과의 한 속이다.그것은 단일형이며, 유일한 종은 시나스피데스 [1][2]와라세이이다.원래 이 종은 남아프리카에서 온 두 번째 종과 함께 Aspidytes속에 속했지만, 나중에 Sinaspidytes로 [3]옮겨졌습니다.이 속은 단일 종인 S. wrasei를 [3][4]포함하고 있다.수생 딱정벌레는 몸길이가 4.8-5.2mm이고 습윤 서식지에서 [5]산다.
