시첼로 시체카[1](Sicelo Shiceka, 1966년 6월 8일 ~ 2012년 4월 30일)는 남아프리카 공화국의 정치인이었다.[2]

아프리카 민족회의 소속인 시체카는 국회의원이었으며 2009년 5월 제이콥 주마 대통령이 공동지배구조 및 전통문제부 장관으로 발탁했다.2008년부터 2009년까지 시체카는 임시 대통령인 갈레마 모틀란테에서 지방정부 및 지방정부 장관을 지냈다.[3]

시체카는 사망할 때까지 병가 중이었고(2011년 2월 24일 이후) 협동조합 지배 및 전통 업무 장관으로서의 직무는 나티 므테스와 경찰 장관이 대행하는 자격으로 수행하고 있었다.[4]시체카는 오랜 질병과 관련된 합병증으로 사망했다.[5]

논란
