SequenceBase는 개인 보유 회사로서 미국 [1][2]NJ 에디슨에 본사를 두고 있는 국제 특허 시퀀스 정보 제공업체로, SequenceBase는 생명공학, 법률, 제약, 과학, 기술 및 학술 생물정보학 커뮤니티에 SequenceBase 연구 포털을[3][4][5][6] 개발하고 판매한다.
Clarivate Analytics는 2019년 9월 9일에 SequenceBase를 인수했다.[7]
USGENE는 미국 특허청(USPTO)의 발행된 특허 및 발행된 출원서로부터 이용 가능한 모든 펩타이드 및 뉴클레오티드 시퀀스에 검색 가능한 액세스를 제공한다.[8] USGENE는 SequenceBase Research Portal 또는 STN International을[10][11] 통해 FIZ Karlsruhe에 의해 직접 검색할 수 있다. SequenceBase Research Portal은 VLAST+를 시퀀스 검색 방법으로 제공한다.
