20MK22 또는 (잘못된) 포인트 패터슨 유적지로 알려진 스콧 포인트 유적지는 미시간 주 굴드 시티 남쪽과 포인트 패터슨 서쪽 스콧 포인트 [2]근처의 미시간 호수 해안가에 위치한 고고학적 유적지이다.그것은 [1]1976년에 국가 사적 등록부에 등재되었다.

묘사

Scott Point 사이트는 미시간 호숫가의 작은 모래 만에서 내륙으로 약 300~400피트(91~122m) 떨어진 곳에 위치하고 있으며, 노스 타운십 41,[2] 레인지 11 웨스트 섹션 8에 위치하고 있습니다.인접한 해안선은 비교적 암석이 많아서 이 만은 인근 지역에서 가장 좋은 카누 상륙 장소이다.이 부지는 약 1에이커(0.40ha)[3]에 이르며, 그 중 상당 부분이 모래 [2]침식에 의해 노출되었다.
