역사

Satchel's는 2003년 3월 7일 이 식당의 설립자 겸 주인인 Satchel Raye에 의해 문을 열었다.

2012년 2월 28일 식당에 불이 붙었다.[4] 같은 해 6월 14일에 재개관했다.[5][6] Satchel Raye는 47명의 직원들을 위한 기금을 모으기 위해 Indiegogo를 사용했다. 거의 700명의 사람들이 16일 동안 기부를 했으며, 총 37,696달러를 식당에 제공했다.[7]
