노스다코타주 포먼에 있는 사른트 카운티 법원은 1910년에 지어졌다.사르겐트 카운티의 법원, 보아트 스타일로 건축가 뷰슈너 & 오스트에 의해 설계되었다.그것은 1980년에 국가 사적지에 등재되었다.[1]

포스터 카운티 법원과 피어스 카운티 쿠르츠하우스(Buechner & Orth가 설계한 다른 노스다코타 주(North Dakota Courthouse)의 "경제 버전"으로 설명되어 왔다.정면 정면에는 포스터 카운티 법원(Poster County Court)과 "사실상 동일"한 중앙 정자가 있으며, 작은 변형을 가지고 있다.[2]

건물 내부는 기하학적 스테인드글라스의 스카이라인, 1층에는 분홍색 테라조, 분홍색 대리석 바닥이 있다.내부는 분실된 벽화가 있었을지 모르지만, 법정 내 음향 기와 천장이 떨어진 것 외에 공간 면에서는 변하지 않았다.특히 로툰다 내부는 노스다코타에 있는 다른 부에슈너 & 오트하우스보다 단순하다.[2][3]
