Samangan-e Sofla (Persian: سمنگان سفلي, also Romanized as Samangān-e Soflá; also known as Samangān-e Pā’īn)[1] is a village in Hojr Rural District, in the Central District of Sahneh County, Kermanshah Province, Iran.2006년 인구조사 당시 인구는 212명으로 54가족이었다.[2]
