세크하리푸람 나라야니예르 세샤드리(1937~1986)는 인도의 제어 엔지니어였으며, 바바 원자력 연구소의 원자로 제어 부서장이었다.[1]그는 Pune과 Ooty 전파 망원경 근처에 있는 Arvi에 위성 수신국의 제어 시스템을 구축했다.1985년 6월 에어인디아 182편 폭파사건에 이어 조종석 음성 녹음기와 항공 교통 관제 테이프에 대한 검사를 실시했다.[2]
세샤드리는 위성통신용 제어시스템, 지구역 안테나, 로켓의 추적 및 원격측정, 고출력[3] 기관차용 견인모터 및 그의 연구가 여러 기사에 기록되어 있는 것으로 알려져 있다.[4]그는 인도 과학 아카데미의 선출된 동료였다.인도 정부의 과학 연구 정점 기관인 과학 산업 연구 위원회는 1978년 공학에 기여한 공로로 인도 최고 과학상 중 하나인 Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar for Science and Technology 상을 그에게 수여했다.[5]1986년 2월 2일 48세의 나이로 사망하였다.[6]인도물리학회는 물리과학 분야에서 토착 계측기 개발의 우수성을 인정하기 위해 매년 S. N. Seshadri 기념 계측기상(S. N. Seshadri Memory Instrumentation Award)을 제정했다.[7]
