초기 및 개인 생활

윌리엄스는 맨체스터에서 태어났고,[2] 웰리 레인지에서 자랐다.[4]2014년에 그는 라이언 긱스가 그의 영웅이라고 말했다.[4]15살에 그는 대런 캠벨의 100미터짜리 남학생 스프린트 기록을 깼다.[4][5]
