라켈 D. 몬토야-루이스(Montoya-Lewis, 1967년/1968년 출생)는 워싱턴 연방대법원 부장판사로 재직 중인 미국의 변호사, 사회복지사, 법학자다.몬토야-루이스는 2019년 12월 4일 제이 인슬리 주지사에 의해 퇴임하는 판사 메리 페어허스트의 자리를 채우기 위해 지명되었다.
조기생활과 교육
Montoya-Lewis는 그녀의 아버지가 미 공군에 주둔했던 스페인에서 태어났다.[1]뉴멕시코에서 자란 그녀는 이슬레타의 푸에블로(Pueblo)의 일원으로 라구나(Laguna) 푸에블로(Pueblo)의 후손이다.[2]호주 태생인 몬토야-루이스와 그녀의 어머니는 유대인이다.[3][4]
