라몬 시 앙(Ramon See Ang, 1954년 1월 14일생)은 그의 이니셜 RSA로도 알려져 있으며 필리핀 사업가다. 산미구엘 주식회사(PSE: SMC)의 최대주주인 탑 프론티어인베스트먼트홀딩스(PSE: TFHI)의 사장 겸 최고경영자(CEO)를 맡고 있다. SMC의 사장 겸 CEO, 사이버베이 코퍼레이션(PSE: CYBR)과 이글 시멘트 코퍼레이션(PSE: EGEL)의 회장도 맡고 있다.

앙 회장은 1999년 1월 SMC 부회장으로 선출됐고, 이후 2002년 3월 사장 겸 최고운영책임자(COO)로 선임됐다. 2012년 6월 필리핀 사업가 겸 정치인인 에두아르도 코주앙코 주니어가 보유한 지분을 인수해 SMC의 경영권을 장악했다.[5][6][7][8] 코주앙코 사망 10개월 만인 2021년 4월 15일 SMC는 최고 경영자(최고경영자)의 역할과 기능, 직무를 사장의 역할과 직무로 일원화하는 내용의 내규를 개정했다.[2][3] 2021년 SMC 연차주주총회에 이어 PSE 공시를 바탕으로 앙은 회사의 부회장, 사장(최고경영자), COO로 남아 있다.[9]

앙은 극동대학교에서 기계공학 학사 학위를 받았다.
