Rachel Zajac은 뉴질랜드 법의학 심리학자이며 Dunedin에 있는 Ottago 대학의 교수이다.
학력
자작씨는 2002년 오타고대학을 졸업해 대질신문이 아동 [1]증언의 신뢰성과 신뢰성에 미치는 영향이라는 박사학위를 받았다.이듬해 심리학부에 강사로 입사해 2016년 [2]부교수로 임용됐다.2019년 12월 2020년 [3][4]2월 1일부터 정식 교수로 승진했다.
2015년 3월, 상급강사로서 오타고[5] 대학으로부터 수여받은 「Teaching Excellence Award」를 수상해, 2016년 8월에는 「National Tarching Excellence Award」(NZ$20,000)[6][7]를 수상.
자작은 전문 증인으로 일했으며 경찰, 판사, 변호사, 법의학자들을 범죄 수사의 심리적 측면에서 훈련시켰다.그녀의 연구는 목격자들이 제공한 증거, 기억이 사회 조건에 의해 어떻게 영향을 받는가, 그리고 심리적 [8]문제에 의해 영향을 받는 증거의 해석에 초점을 맞추고 있다.
