Provisional Government of the Second Spanish RepublicThe Provisional Government of the Second Spanish Republic (Spanish: Gobierno Provisional de la Segunda República Española) was the government that held political power in Spain from the fall of Alfonso XIII of Spain on April 14, 1931 and the proclamation of the Second Spanish Republic until the approval of the Spanish Constitution of 1931 on December 9와 12월 15일 첫 번째 정규 정부 구성 국왕의 퇴위로 임시정부의 필요성이 대두되었는데, 초대 대통령은 1936년까지 주재한 니케토 알칼라 자모라(Niceto Alcala Zamora)로 마누엘 아자냐(Muel Azana)가 맡았다. 새 헌법은 언론의 자유, 결사의 자유, 여성에 대한 투표 특권 확대, 이혼 허용, 스페인 귀족들의 특별한 법적 지위를 박탈했다.[1]
