푸메자 테오도라 음푸쉬는 남아프리카 공화국의 정치인으로 2020년 8월부터 남아프리카 공화국의 국회의 아프리카 민족회의 의원으로 활동하고 있다.그녀는 이전에 이스턴 케이프 주의회 의원이었다.
