필리핀 상원 윤리 및 특권위원회는 필리핀 상원의 상임위원회다.

관할권

상원규칙에 따르면,[1] 위원회는 상원과 그 구성원의 행동, 권리, 특권, 안전, 존엄성, 청렴성, 평판과 관련된 모든 사항을 처리한다.

위원회는 또 다른 상원의원,[2][3] 정부 관계자 또는 필리핀 시민이 제기한 윤리적 불만을 접수하고 듣는다.[4]

상원 윤리특위는 상원규칙에 근거해 7명의 위원으로 구성돼 있다.

대통령 프로 템포어, 다수당 원내대표, 소수당 원내대표는 당연직 위원이다.
