파 칼란(Khmer: ប៉កាឡឡ់់់់ cambodia)은 캄보디아 북동부 베운사이 구에 있는 코뮌이다.두 개의 마을을 포함하고 있으며 인구는 943명이다.[1]2007년 코뮈니케 선거에서는 캄보디아 인민당 의원 4석, 펑신펙 의원 1석이었다.[2]토지 소외는 파칼란에서 심각성이 낮은 문제다.([3]토지 소외에 대한 배경 정보는 라타나키리 주 참조)
