넌튼은 솔즈베리 남동쪽 약 2.5마일(4.0km) 지점에 있는 영국 윌트셔에 있는 작은 마을이자 옛 시민 교구다. 이전 교구에는 동쪽으로 0.97km 떨어진 보덴햄의 작은 마을이 포함되었다.[1]
넌튼은 에블 강에 있고, 보덴햄은 에블 강과 햄프셔 에이본의 분기점에 가깝다. A338 1차 노선(샐리스베리와 남해안을 연결하는 노선)은 두 마을을 분리한다.[2]
지방 정부
Nunton과 Bodenham은 Downton 교구의 일원이었다. 19세기에는 별도의 시민 교구로 간주되었다가 1934년에 마을들이 Odstock 교구로 이전되었다.[3]
랜드마크
Nunton의 성공회 성 앤드류 교회는 2등급이다.[4] 12세기 기원을 가지고 있지만 T.H.와이트에 의해 1854-55년에 재건되었다. 크리스토퍼 웹 옆에 창문이 있다.[5] 1720년경에 지어진 Nunton House도 2등급이다.[6]
보덴햄 북부는 롱퍼드 성으로, 플라이델-부베리 가문인 얼스 오브 래드너(Earls of Radnor)의 거주지다.[7] Radnor Arms Nunton에 15세기 초가 펍이 있다.[8]

- 작가 존 크리시(1908~1973)가 보덴햄[9] 뉴홀 병원에서 사망했다.
- 감비아의 상인 윌리엄 헨리 고다드(William Henry Goddard, 1795–1872)는 넌턴에서[10] 태어났다.
