노르베르트 홀
Norbert Holl노르베르트 홀은 독일 외교관으로 1996년부터 1997년까지 아프가니스탄에 파견된 유엔 특별사절단장을 역임했다. 그는 1997년 12월 29일 그 직위에서 물러났다.[1][2]
