National Action Plan for Children

'아동들을 위한 국가계획(NPA)'은 2002년 유엔총회 아동특별회의 후속으로 뉴욕에서 열린 국가보고서다. 많은 나라들이 2002년부터 그들만의 NPA를 개발하고 있다.
