낸시 앤 노턴[1](Nancy Ann Norton, 1964년 출생)[2]은 퇴역한 미 해군 부제독으로, 이전에 국방정보시스템국 국장을 역임했다.그 전에는 국기 담당관으로서 같은 기관의 부국장을 지냈다.[3][4][5][6][7]
노턴은 윌리엄 제임스 노턴과 주디스 브레스만 노턴의 딸이다.[8]10대 때 어머니가 결혼했던 의붓아버지 에드워드 제임스 베케라는 베트남 투어를 포함해 24년 넘게 복무한 미 해병대사령관이었다.[9]그녀는 오리건 주 코킬과 로즈버그에서 자랐고 1982년 로즈버그 고등학교를 졸업했다.그녀는 1986년 포틀랜드 주립 대학교에서 일반 과학 학사 학위를 받았다.노튼은 추가 교육을 위한 돈을 벌기 위해 해군에 입대했고 1987년에 임관되었다.이후 1994년 해군대학원에서 컴퓨터공학 석사학위를, 2008년 해군전범대학에서 국가안보전략학 석사학위를 받았다.[3][10]

Ashore, Norton commanded Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Bahrain; served three tours on the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations staff; the U.S. Pacific Fleet staff; U.S. Pacific Command staff; as officer-in-charge of Naval Telecommunications Center, Fallon, Nevada; and Naval Communications Area Master Station Eastern Pacific.[3]
사생활
노튼은 퇴역한 미국 해군 장교 브루스 하워드 해밀턴과 결혼해 메릴랜드 주 패서디나에 거주하고 있다.[8][11]
