모의면접
Mock interview모의면접은 연수 목적으로 사용하는 취업면접을 본뜬 것이다. 대화 연습은 보통 후보자에게 경험을 제공하기 위해 가능한 한 실제 면접과 유사하다. 구직자가 실제 취업 면접에서 기대하는 바를 이해하는데 도움이 될 수 있으며, 구직자의 자기표현력 향상에 도움이 될 수 있다. 모의 인터뷰는 비디오로 촬영할 수 있으며, 지원자는 나중에 테이프를 보고 피드백을 받을 수 있다. 면접 과정의 측면에 대해 피드백을 줄 수 있는 코치가 있다. 모의면접은 취업면접에 가장 흔하지만, 공직후보자들이 토론을 준비하는 데 도움을 줄 뿐만 아니라 기자들의 심문을 다루는 공인을 양성하는 데도 사용될 수 있다. 일부 기관은 많은 학생들이 면접을 준비할 수 있도록 모의 면접 행사를 계획한다.[1] 예를 들어, 일부 학교들은 종종 직업 및 지도 상담가들에 의해 조직된 모의 면접 훈련 일수를 가진다.[2] 통상적인 용어의식은 입사 지원 전 준비의 한 형태로 행해지는 연습이지만,[3] 장난스럽거나 진지하지 않은 면접을 묘사한 또 다른 용어가 있다.[4] 모의 면접은 실제 면접에 대한 자신감을 얻는 데 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 면접자에게 다가올 면접을 처리하는 방법에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있다.[5]
