마이크 맥미켄(1994년 5월 10일생)은 잉글랜드 럭비리그의 축구 선수로 베트프레드 슈퍼리그에서 카탈란스 드래곤스의 2열 포워드로 뛰고 있다.맥미켄은 2017년 월드컵에서 2경기에 출전하는 등 영국을 국제 수준으로 대표하기도 했다.[3][4]

그는 런던 브론코스와 함께 슈퍼리그에서 선수 생활을 시작했으며, 2015년 타이거즈(헤리티지 95 956)에 입단하기 전 런던 스콜라스에서 1부 리그에서 임대 선수로 뛰기도 했다.2021시즌을 앞둔 2020년 12월 카탈루냐 드래곤즈에 입단했다.[5]

배경

맥미켄은 바싱스토크에서 태어났고 영국 햄프셔의 플리트에서 자랐다.

그는 처음에는 어릴 때부터 럭비 유니온을 했지만 10살 때 럭비 리그에 소개되었고 아마추어 팀인 웨스트 런던 샤크스에서 뛰기 시작했다.[6][7]그는 런던 브론코스에서 프로 생활을 시작했으며, 2012년에 선배가 되었다.
