Meleh Har (Persian: مله هار, also Romanized as Meleh Hār; also known as Meleh Hār-e Dīzgarān, and Meleh Hāy-ye Dīzgarān)[1] is a village in Harasam Rural District, Homeyl District, Eslamabad-e Gharb County, Kermanshah Province, Iran.2006년 인구조사 당시 인구는 450명으로 100가구였다.[2]
