런던 스트리트 철도(LSR)는 1875년부터 1940년까지 스트리트카를 이용하여 캐나다 온타리오 주 런던의 주민들에게 대중 교통을 제공했다.[1][2]
1873년에 설립된 LSR(이후 런던 트랜짓)은 1875년에 말이 끄는 호르카, 기본 및 소형 여객 마차를 이용하여 운행을 시작했다.[3] 캐나다의 많은 거리 철도 운영자들이 전기화된 노선이 19세기 말엽에 운행을 시작했다. LSR은 1895년에 호르세카와 비슷한 소형차를 이용해 전기화를 시작했고 점차 대형철도로 확대되었다.
LSR은 몇 년 동안 겨울에 운행하는 데 어려움을 겪다가 1940년에 디젤 버스로 전환했다.
이 도시는 또한 일련의 호화롭고 더 큰 도시 간 전차들을 통해 온타리오의 포트 스탠리와 연결되었다.[2]

But O’Neil, a local-history buff, has unearthed a document that suggests the proposed rail lines for London’s rapid-transit proposal are perfectly placed. He found a map outlining London’s streetcar lines in 1914, and notes the two lines earmarked today for light rail are where the old trolleys ran a century ago.
