List of justices of the Supreme Court of Ghana

이것은 가나 대법원의 판사 명단이다.가나 헌법은 법원을 가나 대법원장과 9명 이상의 다른 대법관들로 구성하도록 규정하고 있다.그것은 5명 이상의 대법원 판사에 의해 적법하게 구성되어야 한다.[1]

판사임용

1992년 가나 헌법 144조 1항은 가나 대법원장은 국가평의회와 협의하고 가나의회의 승인을 받아 직무를 대행하는 가나 대통령이 임명하도록 규정하고 있다.144조 2항에는 대법관은 국무회의와 협의하고 의회의 승인을 얻어 사법회의의 자문에 따라 선임한다고 돼 있다.대법원장의 직위가 공석인 경우 또는 그 직위의 보유자가 일정기간 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 제144조 제6항의 규정에 의한 대법원장의 직무를 가장 많이 수행하여야 한다.[2]아쿠포아도 대통령은 2020년 5월 대법관 4명을 추가로 대법원에 임명했다.[3]

퇴사 또는 퇴사

헌법 145조 4항에 따르면 대법관은 만 70세가 되면 퇴임할 것으로 보인다.그들은 그 단계에서 관여했을 수 있는 모든 절차를 완료할 수 있도록 하기 위해 최대 6개월까지 계속할 수 있다.[4]판사들은 고용 안정성이 보장된다.제146조는 이들의 철거 조건을 "명시된 비행이나 무능 또는 신체나 정신의 쇠약함에서 비롯되는 그의 사무실의 기능을 수행할 수 없다는 이유로 제외한다"고 규정하고 있다.이를 위한 절차도 헌법에 명확히 명시돼 있다.[2]
