Kolm-e Bala (Persian: كلم بالا, also Romanized as Kolm-e Bālā and Kalam Bala; also known as Kolm-e ‘Olyā, Kulm, and Kuln)[1] is a village in Dustan Rural District, Badreh District, Darreh Shahr County, Ilam Province, Iran.2006년 인구조사 당시 인구는 687명으로 138가구였다.[2]그 마을은 쿠르드족에 의해 거주하고 있다.[3]
