제임스 E. 칼킨스(Calkins, 1878년 10월 6일~1963년 1월 26일)는 플로리다의 변호사이자 정치인이다.그는 1907년과[2] 1909년 플로리다[1] 하원과 1915년과 1921년[4] 플로리다[3] [5]상원 의장을 역임했다.
그는 플로리다의 Nassau County에서 태어났고 플로리다의 초기 [6]개척자들 중 한 명의 아들이었다.
