야콥 에워트

Jacob Ewert

J. G. 에버트로도 알려진 제이콥 게르하르트 에워트 (Jacob Gerhard Ewert,[2] 1874년 11월 24일 ~ 1923년 [1]3월 16일)는 [3]캔자스 힐즈보로 출신의 메노파 사회주의자이자 평화주의자였다.1909년부터 그는 독일어 신문 힐즈보로 저널([4]Hillsboro Journal)[citation needed]의 편집자였으며, 나중에 Vorwärts로 이름을 바꾸었다.에워트는 사회주의, 금주, [5]전쟁에 관한 책자와 팜플렛을 썼다.역사학자 두안 소틀츠푸스는 에워트를 [2]"양심적 병역거부자들의 끊임없는 옹호자, 기사를 쓰고 많은 징병자들과 상담하는 사람"이라고 묘사했다.H.
