국제 이론, 응용, 계산 및 실험 역학에 관한 국제 회의(ICTACEM)는 공학 분야의 전문 기관이다. ICTACEM은 (후기) 교수에 의해 설립되었다. P.K. Sinha[1] 인도 공과대학 Kharagpur의 이론적 응용, 연산 및 실험 역학(CTACEM)이 1998년에 적용되었으며, 이후 2001년에 ICTACEM으로 격상되었다.[3][4] 첫 번째 국제 회의는 1998년 12월 1일에 열렸다.[3][4]
그 이후로, 그 기구는 전세계 250명 이상의 위원회 위원과 대표단을 구성했다.[5][6][7] 이 회의는 1998년 창립 이래 3년마다 개최되고 있다.[8][9] 이 회의는 전 세계적으로 유명한 과학자, 우주비행사, 연구원, 교수들의 대규모 연설을 하는 것으로 알려져 있다.
