Hunestan (Persian: هونستان, also Romanized as Hūnestān; also known as Honestān, Hūnistān, Khonestān, and Khūnistān)[1] is a village in Kalat-e Hay-ye Sharqi Rural District, in the Central District of Meyami County, Semnan Province, Iran.2006년 인구조사 당시 인구는 958명으로 269가구였다.[2]
