헬렌 아불루 오부라는 우간다에서 두 번째로 높은 사법 기관인 우간다 항소 법원의 판사이다. 우간다에서는 헌법 [1][2]재판소도 겸하고 있다.항소법원으로 임명되기 직전,[3] 그녀는 우간다 고등법원의 일원으로 일했다.
배경, 학력, 경력 초기
그녀는 대학 입학 전 교육을 위해 우간다에서 태어나 교육을 받았습니다.그녀는 한국에서 가장 오래되고 가장 큰 공립 대학인 메이커레 대학에서 법학 학사 학위를 취득했습니다.그녀는 또한 이 [3]나라의 수도 캄팔라에 있는 Law Development Centre에서 법률 실무 졸업장을 취득했습니다.1993년부터 대법관으로 임명될 때까지 17년 동안 헬렌 오부라 판사는 우간다 법무부와 헌법부에서 일했다.그녀는 2010년 [3]재판관으로 불려갔을 때 법률 위원회 비서였다.
