Hah Shamiz (Persian: هه شميز, also Romanized as Hah Shamīz; also known as Hashamīz, Hāshemīs, Hāshmīs, and Hashmīz)[1] is a village in Zhavarud-e Sharqi Rural District, in the Central District of Sanandaj County, Kurdistan Province, Iran.2006년 인구조사 당시 인구는 1,522명으로 362가구였다.[2]그 마을은 쿠르드족에 의해 거주하고 있다.[3]
