헤이거스타운 역사 지구(Hagerstown History District)는 미국 메릴랜드 주 워싱턴 카운티 헤이거스타운에 있는 국가 역사 지구다.이 지구에는 도심 상업 및 정부 중심지뿐만 아니라 주변 도시 주거 지역 및 공업 지역도 포함되어 있다.여기에는 1760년대에 만들어진 헤이거스타운의 원판과 20세기 전환 직전 또는 직후에 일반적으로 발전한 확장지역이 포함되어 있다.남부 포토맥 거리의 로즈힐 묘지에 2500여 명의 남부 연합군 전사자가 누워 있으며, 이들 대부분은 안티탐 전투에서 전사했다.[2]
