HD 115211은 무스카 남쪽 별자리에 있는 단일[8] 별이다. 주황색 빛깔을 띠며 육안으로는 4.86의 겉보기 시야로 희미하게 보인다.[2] 이 별까지의 거리는 시차 기준 약 1,370광년이며, -10 km/s의 방사형 속도로 태양 가까이 표류하고 있다.[1] 절대폭은 -2.94이다.[2]
이것은 K2 Ib-II의 별 분류를 가진 노화된 밝은 거성/초거성 별이다.[3] 4.83에서 4.87까지 측정된 밝기로 알 수 없는 유형의 변광성이 의심되는 항성이다. HD 115211은 태양 질량의 7.1배인 4,000만년 전으로 추정된다.[4][5] 수소 공급이 핵심으로 소진되면서 태양 반지름의 123배까지 확대됐다. 그것은 4,097 K의 유효 온도에서 부풀어 오른 광권으로부터 태양의 3,849배의 광도를 방출하고 있다.[1]
