Global Cool
글로벌 쿨(Global Cool)은 영국의 등록 기후변화 자선단체인 글로벌 쿨 재단이 운영하는 녹색 생활 캠페인이었다.글로벌 쿨 라이프스타일 매거진 웹사이트를 운영하는 것은 물론, 글로벌 쿨 파운데이션은 기업 파트너 및 영국 정부와도 협력해 주요 시청자들에게 지속가능성을 홍보했다.2018년 6월 현재 그 자선은 존재하지 않는다.[1]
역사
글로벌 쿨(Global Cool)은 기후변화에 대한 경각심을 높이기 위한 사명감으로 2007년 설립됐다.토니 블레어는 다우닝가 10번지에서 열린 론칭 파티에서 이 캠페인을 지지했다.[2]글로벌 쿨은 연예인과 미디어·엔터테인먼트 업계와 손잡고 대중교통 이용, 무비행 휴가 등 녹색 행동을 홍보했다.
사람
비상임 이사회는 테사 텐넌트가 의장을 맡았는데, 테사 텐넌트는 얼음 기구를 설립하기도 했다.[3]

자금조달
2007년에 Global Cool은 보다폰과 제휴하여 자사의 업무 자금을 지원하기 위한 휴대전화 재활용 계획을 시작했다.[9]다른 기업 파트너로는 로지카와 더 바디샵이 있다.[10]글로벌 쿨은 환경식품농촌부에서도 자금을 지원받았다.[11]
