아마추어 경력

오토는 텍사스 톰볼에 있는 콩코드아 루터란 고등학교에 다녔다.[1]2014년에 고등학교를 졸업하지 않은 그는 대학 야구를 하기 위해 라이스 대학에 다녔다.[2]오토는 2017년 메이저리그 드래프트 5라운드에서 뉴욕 양키스에 의해 드래프트되어 32만 달러의 계약 보너스를 받았다.[3]
