1978년의 금융 기관 규제 및 금리 관리법은 미국 연방법이다. 그 중, 연방 금융 기관 심사 위원회(FFIEC, 법 제 X호에 의거)[1]와 공인 국가 보안 서신(NSL, 금융 프라이버시 권리법 제 X호에 의거)을 설립하였다.
