페어마운트는 버지니아주 윈체스터에 위치한 역사적인 집이다.약 1809년 루이스 바넷에 의해 지역 상인 조셉 티드볼을 위해 지어졌다.2층, 5칸의 석조주택으로, 석조주택과 함께 있다.1+1/2층 측면 날개.그 집은 후기 그루지야 양식의 집적 요소와 디테일에 연방 양식의 요소들을 보여준다.1929년 식민지 부흥 양식으로 리모델링되어 정식 정원과 차고지가 조성되었다.[3]

그것은 2004년에 국가 사적지에 추가되었다.[1]윈체스터 역사 지구에 위치해 있다.
