Ewan Stafford Page

이완 스태포드 페이지(Ewan Stephord Page, 1928년 8월 17일 출생)는 영국의 학술 및 컴퓨터 과학자로, 전 리딩 대학교 부총장이다.

이완 페이지는 레스터의 Wymeston Grammeric School for Boys in Leicester와 캠브리지의 Christ's College에서 교육을 받았으며, 그곳에서 MA와 박사과정을 졸업하고 Rayleigh Prize를 수상했다.[1]내셔널 서비스 기간을 거쳐, EDSAC 컴퓨터가 새로워진 1951년부터 1954년 사이에 케임브리지 대학 통계학 분야의 연구생이었다.1957년 뉴캐슬 킹스 칼리지에 위치한 더럼 대학 컴퓨터 연구소의 소장으로 임명되었다.킹스 칼리지가 뉴캐슬 대학교가 되었을 때, 컴퓨팅 실험실은 그 대학의 일부가 되었고, 결국 이완 페이지는 친 부총장으로 임명되었다.1976년 당시 현직자가 뜻밖에 사망하자 뉴캐슬대 부총장 직무대행을 지냈다.[2][3][4]

1979년 이완 페이지는 1993년까지 재직했던 독서대학 부총장으로 임명되었다.그는 1984/5년에 영국 컴퓨터 협회 회장을 역임했다.[3][4]
