DeviceLogics는 2002년 11월 설립된 미국 유타주 린든에 있는 회사였다.원래 DeviceLogics라는 이름으로 주로 사업을 하던 이 회사는 법적 이유로 DRDOS, Inc.로 편입되었다.DeviceLogics 이름은 나중에 삭제되었다.
브라이언 웨인 스파크스는 브라이스 번스, 트로이 부족과 함께 이 회사를 공동 설립했으며, 유타주의 기술 벤처 그룹인 캐노피 그룹으로부터 DR-DOS를 인수했다.DR-DOS 7.03 복사본은 이 회사에서 라이센스 부여 및 배포한 바 있다.[1][2][3][4]이 회사의 웹사이트는 2018년에 오프라인이 되었다.
DR-DOS의 역사
1994년, Bryan W. Sparks는 Novell의 Raymond John Noorda의 도움으로 Caldera, Inc. Caldera를 설립했다. Caldera는 1996년 Novell로부터 DR-DOS를 구입했다.[5]
