데이비드 모브레이 발메(David Mowbray Balme, 1912년 9월 8일 ~ 1989년 2월 23일)[1]는 영국의 주재원 겸 학자로 현재 가나 대학인 골드코스트 대학 최초의 교장이 되었다.[2]발메 도서관은 그의 이름을 따서 명명되었다.[2]null
