The College of Law and Business (Hebrew: המרכז האקדמי למשפט ועסקים)[1] is a private college[2] in Ramat Gan, Israel. 1995년 히브리 예루살렘 대학교 법학 교수진들에 의해 설립되었다. 대통령은 모셰 코헨엘리야다.[3]

영어 사용자용 프로그램

2013년에는 일부 영어로 가르치는 학부 법학 학위(LL.B.)를 개설한 최초의 이스라엘 학술 기관이 되었다.[4][5] 이스라엘 고등교육위원회(CHEI)는 토지의 법칙을 토지의 언어로 가르쳐야 한다고 규정하고 있다.[6][7] 2017년 10월 법학전문대학이 영어로 가르치는 경영학위 과정을 개설한다. 이 대학은 또한 학생들이 경영학 석사학위와 LL.B. 둘 다 4년 후에 공부할 수 있는 이중 트랙 옵션을 제공한다.[8]

CLB 법률 클리닉의 사회적 영향

법학부는 이민법, 환경법 등 6개 법률 클리닉을 운영하고 있는데, 이는 이스라엘의 천연가스 자원과 관련해 대법원에 제출된 청원에 중요한 역할을 했다. 이스라엘 교도소 민영화를 중단시켰고, 최근 이스라엘 고등법원에 이 같은 내용의 탄원서를 제출했다.죄수들을 위한 공간과 정부의 감독 클리닉은 정부가 연간 예산이 아닌 양립 예산으로 이동하는 것을 막아달라는 탄원서를 제출했다.[9]

2016년 이스라엘 변호사협회 시험[10] 결과에 따르면 법학전문대학이 이스라엘 사법시험에 두 번째로 많은 인원을 제출했다.[11]

국제학술관계

그 대학은 전세계의 학문적 선동들과 학문적 유대관계를 맺고 있다.[12] 매년 여름 CLB 학생들은 하버드 대학, 옥스퍼드 대학, 카셀 대학, 파리의 ICC 등에서 인턴십, 세미나 및 워크숍에 참석할 수 있는 기회를 받는다.[13] 2017년 2월 국제상공회의소에서 열린 국제무자중재대회에서 영어권 학생 2명이 우승했다.[14][15]
