부, 커뮤니케이션과 고등에 우주 항공청은 아제르바이잔 공화국(Azercosmos)(아제르바이잔:Azərkosmos Açıq Səhmdar Cəmiyyəti(Azərkosmos 돌격지 원협 조관))은 공공 법적 실체 테크놀로지가 아제르바이잔 공화국과 Azercosmos 오픈 공동 증권 Company,[2]의 후계자 코카서스 regio의 첫번째 위성이 교환원이다.ne아제르바이잔 정부 [3]소유의 통신위성 Azerspace-1과 함께 유럽, 아프리카, 중동, 코카서스, 중앙아시아의 고객에게 광대역 및 방송 서비스를 제공한다.[4] 지구관측위성 아제르스키와 함께 아제르코스모스는 위성사진과 지리정보 서비스를 제공한다.[5]

역사

일함 알리예프 대통령은 2008년 각료회의 때 '아제르바이잔에 현대 항공우주산업을 구축하고 국가 통신위성을 궤도로 발사'하는 과제를 내줬다.[6] 과제의 이행은 통신 하이테크놀로지부에 할당되었다.

국토부는 이 사업을 실현하기 위해 국제전기통신연합에 궤도 슬롯 할당 절차를 신청했다. 동시에 2009년 8월 알리예프 대통령은 아제르바이잔에서 우주산업을 설립하고 발전시키기 위한 국가계획 승인에 관한 법령에 서명했다.[7] 2010년 5월, 통신 하이테크놀로지부는 말레이시아 정부 소속인 46° 동궤도 슬롯의 정지 위치를 임대하기로 말레이시아의 Measat Satellite Systems와 합의했다.[8] 아제르바이잔 최초의 통신위성의 제조 및 발사에 대해 입찰자가 발표한 결과, 미국의 오비탈 사이언스 코퍼레이션이 이 위성을 건설하고, 프랑스 기업 아리안스페이스가 이를 발사할 것으로 선정되었다.[9]

2010년 5월 3일 대통령령 개정. 885는 아제르바이잔 공화국을 위해 통신위성의 발사, 운용 및 착취의 실시를 목적으로 아제르코스모스 OJSCo를 설립했다. 2017년 10월 아제르코스모스 OJSCO는 교통통신·고기술부 산하에 배치돼 장관 각의 직할이 됐다.[10]

  • Azerspace-1 – 통신 위성; 라디오 및 텔레비전 방송 서비스, 암호화된 통신 및 고속 데이터 전송을 제공한다. 위성은 유럽, 아프리카, 중동, 중앙아시아, 코카서스를 포괄한다.[11] 2013년 2월 출시돼 C밴드 24개, 쿠밴드 12개 등 36개의 트랜스폰더를 장착했다. 동경 46°에 위치한다. Azerspace-1의 예상 수명은 15년이다.[12]
  • Azerspace-2 – 통신 위성은 유럽, 중동, 사하라 이남 아프리카, 중남아시아의 고객들에게 광대역 및 방송 서비스를 제공하기 위해 2018년 9월 25일에 발사되었다.[13] 위성은 쿠밴드에 35개의 트랜스폰더를 장착할 계획이며 동경 45°에 위치할 예정이다. 아저스페이스-2의 수명은 15년으로 예상된다.[14][15]
  • 아제르스키 – 지구 관측 위성. 아제르코스모스는 2014년 12월 고해상도(1.5m(4.9ft) 흑백 광학지구 관측위성, 6m(20ft) 광학지구 관측위성인 아제르스키 운영권과 상용화권을 넘겨받았다.[5] 아제르스키의 최소 기록 장면은[clarification needed] 60 X 60 킬로미터(37 mi × 37 mi)이고, 최대 기록은 60 X 600 킬로미터(37 mi × 373 mi)이다.[citation needed] 아제르스키의 수명은 12년으로 예상된다.[citation needed]

서비스

아즈르코스모스는 바쿠에서 텔레포트를 운용하는데, 이 텔레포트는 중간 위성, 메트로넷, 섬유 등을 통해 신호를 수신한다. 이 텔레포트는 업링크 서비스, 데이터 배포 및 인터넷 연결을 가능하게 한다.[16]
