앗바사르
Atbasar
아트바사르(Kazakh: issavichar, Atbasar)는 카자흐스탄 북부 아크몰라 지역에 있는 마을이다. 1845년에 설립되었다. 아트바사는 카자흐스탄에서 44번째로 큰 도시다. 아타바는 해발 282미터의 고도에 놓여 있다. 인구: 30,436명(2009년 인구조사 결과),[1] 32,288명(1999년 인구조사 결과).[1]
기후
카자흐스탄의 최저 기록 온도는 -57°C(-71°F)로 측정된 아트바사였다.[2]
2017년 4월 폭우로 댐이 붕괴돼 마을 전체가 물에 잠겼다.[3]

앗바사르 가는 방법
수도 누르술탄은 기차로 3.5시간 거리에 있다.[18] TU2 디젤 기관차를 운행하는 협궤 철도 노선은 지역 화물 운송을 제공한다.[19]
아트바사르에는 작은 공항도 있다.
환경
유럽 연합 경제 위원회는 유럽이 철로 평탄한 차들 사이에서 광석을 옮기는 과정에서 생성된 공기 중 우라늄 광석에 도시가 노출되는 것에 대해 우려를 표명했다.[20]
